From 3 to 4 March 2009, Germany organized a start-up workshop in Berlin/Germany where development partners and tax officials from Chile, China, France, Germany, Ghana, Great Britain, Guatemala, Japan (as observer), Mali, Netherlands, Norway, Spain and Uganda as well as from OECD, European Commission, United Nations and the World Bank met to jointly discuss the objective, program components and possible future activities of the initiative.
