23rd Session of the United Nations Tax Committee

The 23rd session of the United Nations (UN) Committee of Experts on International Cooperation in Tax Matters will be held virtually from 19 – 22 October and 25 – 28 October 2021, 14:00 - 17:00 UTC+2.

This will be the first session of the new group of 25 tax experts from around the world appointed by the United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres to serve as members of the Committee for the 2021 to 2025 term. The Committee will elect its leadership team, decide on its work plan for the next four years, establish any related subcommittees and draft the subcommittee’s mandates.

The UN Tax Committee meetings are open to participation by observers from the UN Member States and other stakeholders, including international and regional organisations, academia, civil society and private sector.
