This webinar will discuss the experience of policy makers and tax administrators with the VAT over the past 20 years, including the new environment with COVID-19. It will take stock of VAT measures, both policy and administrative aspects, implemented in recent years, their impact on revenues and compliance, and emerging challenges. Finally, it will also discuss what the future holds for the VAT.
