Accountable and effective petroleum governance in global activites

This project will contribute to accountable and effective petroleum governance as measured by the Natural Resource Charter decision chain that includes the exploration, discovery of and the decision to extract natural resources, getting a good deal (e.g. licensing, fiscal regime, local content), managing the revenues (e.g. through natural resource funds), and investing for development.
