Improving budget transparency and accountability in Viet Nam through a sectoral approach (iBTA)

The overall objective of the Action is to enhance the budget transparency and accountability in the Education Sector in Viet Nam, through improving the capacity of CSOs, students and parents, school managers and relevant local authorities and promoting for a more participatory approach in education budget planning and execution.
