Fiscal Policy and the post-Covid-19 social contract

Willem H. Buiter is the former Citibank Chief Economist and Member of the Monetary Policy committee of the Bank of England (and former EBRD Chief Economist as well).  He was awarded the CBE in 2000.

Martin Wolf is Chief Economics Commentator at the Financial Times.

Beata Javorcik is the EBRD’s Chief Economist and Professor of Economics at the University of Oxford
