OfD Agreement with Norwegian Ministry of Finance 2018

Includes primarily technical assistance to partner countries to the Oil for Development programme within areas that Ministry of Finance are responsible for in the Norwegian government. May also be used to procure services to Norad related to OfD, for instance mapping of needs assistance during the initial scoping for a potential OfD programme or quality assurance with regard to Norad cooperation agreements with external consultants or the IMF.
