TAX INSPECTORS WITHOUT BORDERS (TIWB)

The TIWB initiative supports developing countries in their efforts to build tax audit capacity in view of broader domestic resource mobilization objectives. TIWB enables the transfer of tax audit knowledge and skills to tax administrations in developing countries through a real time learning by doing approach. Through this joint OECD and United Nations Development Programme initiative the CRA provides expert assistance in risk assessment and audit techniques to the recipient tax administrations to assist them with audit efforts.
