UN TAX COMMITTEE PHASE 2

In this second phase of the support to the UN Tax Committee there will be more focus on tax in the space of the SDGs as well as more customized products to LDCs and LLDCs. The main goals of the program are 1)Continue to bring about a more inclusive strategic and effective approach of the work of the Committee on tax issues including emerging and pressing topics in this area affecting developing countries 2)Strengthen the capacity of these countries upon their request to develop more efficient and effective tax systems that will result in an increase of their domestic resource mobilization and adoption of fiscal policies in line with the 2030 Agenda and the SDGs.
