UNDESA FINANCING FOR DEVELOPMENT PREPARATORY PROCESS

The project aims to mobilize substantive support advocacy and knowledge sharing to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive country driven preparatory process for a Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development in 2025.Through this project UNDESA FDSO will •Inform and strengthen policy discussions at national and international levels through multistakeholder dialogues the provision of substantive background information technical and policy analysis ensuring timely support to the preparatory process and highest quality technical standards building on latest evidence and statistical data available.•Support coordination at the national level for the purpose of informing national processes in preparation for the Conference such as stakeholder dialogues support for expert participation in relevant meetings and facilitating the participation of national government experts in relevant international forums. •Strengthen public awareness of the intergovernmental process and issues under discussion access to information and engagement through strategic communications planning and delivery and promotion of substantive outputs.
