CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MF SR AND OECD TO SUPPORT THE UKRAINE COUNTRY PROGRAMME TAX POLICY REVIEW

In the context of Ukraine's post war recovery and reform efforts as well as the country's interest in EU and OECD membership the OECD approved a 4 year National Program for Ukraine in the summer of 2023. One of the interventions of the program is a review of the tax policy of Ukraine aimed at assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the tax system before the conflict analysing the impact of the war on the tax system of Ukraine and the feasibility of specific tax measures and reforms in line with Ukraine's economic recovery and its prospects for EU membership.
