The contribution aims to support the Albanian Government in the preparation for the implementation of the Property Tax Reform. The aim of Property Tax Reform is to establish co administration between municipalities and the centralized General Directorate of Property Tax. This will improve the overall efficiency by exploiting economies of scale as well as automation by technology.
