TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR REVENUE ADMINISTRATION AND REVENUE POLICY - COSTA RICA

The goal of this project is to strengthen the GoCR's tax regime in support of increased domestic resource mobilization -- as a part of the Government's broader economic reforms -- by building the DGT's capacity in key operational areas, including: 1) general taxpayer audit, 2) audit quality review, 3) tax crimes investigations, 4) internal investigations, 5) debt collection, 6) project management and change management, and 7) Internal Audit.
